Added delegations to my portfolio...

In addition to the traditional work that I performed I requested and received an expansion into a Consultant DER delegation for Rotorcraft Transmission component major repairs and repair specifications for Part 27 and 29. While I had been doing many rotorcraft repairs I was not working on the primary magnesium components. This expansion helped enter our services into that arena.
