More delegations added.....

Working with a diverse repair station clientele exposes one to many opportunities so I was asked to seek expansion of my delegation into a Consultant DER delegation for Wheels and Brakes major repair and repair specifications for Parts 23, 25, 27, 29. So I applied and received the delegation in March 2014.
