It starts with a Detailed Description of the opportunity, Identifies Potential Customers, Assigns a Marketing Lead and Operations Lead, describes the potential Contractual Opportunities, defines a Win Strategy, defines the Client Role, Competitive Positioning and Discriminators, Current Competition, Strategic Relevance, Potential Follow-on Business, and the Resource Requirements. We can also help determine new part pricing, overhaul pricing, repair pricing, etc.. using the Inventory Locator Service and IHS Haystack. These services are performed at additional cost to any FAA certification project work costs.
